Works fine here.  Have you modified (and perhaps corrupted) the RTM?  Try changing the RTM to one of the Sales order ones (T6SOB4.RTM for example) and see if that prints.  If it does, then the RTM itself is likely the problem.

Do you have EVO notes turned on?

Absolutely, you will need to use ENRMA1.RTM which is a clone of T6RMA1.RTM but with the extra EVO notes sub reports.

I am having the same problem, with EVO not printing RMA's.  I think the problem started happening when we turned the EVO notes on.  The problem really is that it wont even give you the RTM option when printing, it just kicks you back to the Sales mod screen.  Any thoughts as to why this started happening?  It was working fine when we originally converted to EVO.

OK, I definitely for some reason do not have the ENRMA1.RTM file, I dont know why?  Do you know how I would go about getting it?

So I saved the RTM you sent me and I am still having the same problem with the RMA not printing.  When I go to RM-B and click through it all, the print screen comes up and gives me the print options of preview, printer, email or file after I hit ok on this screen it just takes me back to the sales module.  I am not given the graphical form name thing that normal comes up when I am printing things.  Any thoughts on why this is happening?  Again when we first switched over to EVO all this was working fine.
