SA-M & N Not working at all???

Hi All-
I am having a problem using the user-defined reports under Sales Analysis.  Basically if I type in the current year ship to date range of 1/1/08-the present date and use a customer code which I know we have sold to in the current year, neither the detail or summary reports work, it says "no sales for chosen criteria"..............these sales come up using SA-A but not SA-M or N.  I did notice on the second screen in SA-M it will not let me put a Y or N under the "include closed SOs?", not sure if this is the problem.  Please help as these reports would be very useful to me, we just started using EVO last week so I am sure its something I forgot to do during installation or some default I have answered wrong Wink
