To clarify, or add to what Colin said, the intent would not be to get Evo2Web (or DBA2Web) seats for all users but only for those who would benefit from it.  In some cases such as customer service, they could potentially use the Web interface all the time and free up a full DBA or Evo seat for somebody else.

Our friend GasGiant is the developer so he would be the primary support for it but we will also be able to privide basic support.
