Mailing Labels CM vs AR
10/22/08 at 15:21:31
I have been trying to implement contact manager as much as possible. I am using class codes to seperate out customers. Today I am printing address labels for customers thru CM-B-D. I am saying Yes to Download customers only. It is very interesting that I get
non customers
thru this selection. They all have classes associated with them - that shouldn't make a difference should it????
I'm getting about 50 extra labels and am not thrilled about have to double check - is there any reason you can think that this is happening?

The "Non Customers" that you are getting - do they show up in AR-A? If they do, tehn as far as this program is concerned, they ARE a customer.

They do not show up in AR-A.
Also I have AR-A customers that are also in CM that are not showing up on my mailing labels. I have found 2 and I've only double checked the A's.
Help - this isn't working like I anticipated!

I just went thru all of them - I have a total of 6 customers who are also in CM as customers who did not show up in the mailing list. I have went through all of them and I don't see why they would not show up.
Any ideas
