In this configuration screen I noticed that having a blank entry in "Prompt for Specifications in SO-A?" does indeed prompt. Having a "N" in there gets rid of the prompt. However I'd like to see the option where it prompts and defaults to NO. The idea is that my Sales staff tend to tab quickly through the fields and it's typical of them to have to stop here and arrow down to NO. They have to look at the specifications always to deem if it is pertinent to the customer. I don't want to have to use the customer cross reference because in a lot of cases these may be once off sales that need the extra specifications. Any suggestions to get around this or to make it default to prompt for specifications then have NO as the default option after.
