I set up through SM-O a ship via code for freight collect with notes. I then entered a sales order, pick that ship via code, and saved. When printing the Acknowlegement I said yes to printing notes, picked all available note types in ship via notes and printed to screen. NO notes were printed anywhere on my acknowledgment. Help, is it a rtm thing?
