Using Build 07/02/08 Is Tech support Update 08/04/08.  
 
MFG Menu PO-D View PO Receivers.
 
Select a PO to view.  
Click line items.
Click Exit to exit Line Items
Click Exit to exit PO
Select a different PO from the list (which should have different line items)
Click the Line Items button for the new PO and you get the line items from the previous PO.
 
Works almost everytime. The only way to know you have the view on the correct line items is to exit completely
