Credit Hold Not Working

I have been using Credit Hold in EVO for a long time with no problems.  Lately I can't get it to clear.  I go into the customer and clear the checkmark and then save the record.  But when I get out of AR and back in, the credit hold is still there.  A lot of times I get the "Internal Stack Error" and I close up EVO and start over again.  But it still does not work.  But I can go into DBA and take the credit hold off and it stays off.  Any ideas?

There are a couple of unresolved threads relating to Evo and credit hold.  This is not working for us either.  I've removed classic from all users machines b/c I wanted them to run Evo only.  But we need this function to work...

I am on the may update still, so it may be something that was introduced with the latest update --my credit hold works fine.
