T6INB will not let me change the Active Status to D for an item with Units on Hand.  I get an error message that says I can’t change the status because:  
1)      Has Location units on hand
2)      Has an amount of 45 on hand
3)      Is a component on a BOM
4)      The net of INVTXN = 45
 
T7INB will let me change the same Item to D without any problems.
