This report shows the 5-digit internal Evo number instead of the invoice number

You need the updated RTM from the DBAMFG\RTX folder.

Can you direct me to instructions that tell how to fix this?  Are they in Evo help?  "You need the updated RTM from the DBAMFG\RTX folder" doesn't mean anything to me.  Which one of RTM files do I need, and what do I do with it?

Thanks.

Lynn, can you tell me how to fix this problem?  I don't know what your reply to my original post means, or how to implement the solution.

Thanks.

When you print any report or form that uses an RTM there will be a window that pops up that says "Graphical Form Name" and will contain the name of the RTM file used for that report or form such as T6API1.RTM.  There is a subfolder under DBAMFG named RTX that has the newest version of all the RTM files but with RTX extension.  Find the RTX file with the same name as the RTM you need, copy from the RTX subfolder to the main DBAMFG folder and rename the RTX extension to RTM.
