SO ENTRY LOCKS UP WHILE RELEASING SALES ORDER

We are unable to complete a Sales Order because it has locked us out - by another user. We are in DBA. When you pull up SO-A, the Sales Order Number is not there, when you go to BKARINV - the Sales Order is not there. When you go to SO-T in EVO, it is there to view, but we cannot edit nor delete it anywhere. It shows that it is in BKARINV. All suggestions welcomed! Shocked

Is your SO-A showing all orders or only open orders? Try clicking on the Show Open/Closed Orders button and see if you can find it in the listing.

There is an SD-Q setting to show Open/Closed SO in SOA, which can be set to default to view only open SOs or to view both, but the button will switch between the two views in any event.

Our SO-A is set to show both Open and Closed Sale Orders. And, I am thrilled to report that the problem fixed itself - yet maybe I should be concerned that it fixed itself!!!!! Because we have tried everything we could think of short of restarting the server (which we were planning to do tonight) and don't have a clue what caused it to correct itself. Thank you all for your responses. Pattie
