I am confused about how these are working.  I set up the RMA Default  for Control RMA Return Codes to R.  I added two return codes and when I tried to use them the RM-A entry program said that they did not exist.  I had to ESC out of the question.  
I then changed the control to A for ask, and when I got to the return code in RM-A the program said the code did not exist- did I want to create it and I said yes.
I now have four records in my RMA Return codes-  two with a code and description, and two with a blank code and a description.
What am I doing wrong?
