cs-a enter sales person

I cannot enter an employee in CS-A. When I do a lookup for employees he is not listed but he is entered in or payroll PR-A. Anyone know why. Even if I search active or inactive employees he is not listed.

What version? There was a recent change that introduced a new employee file for payroll but it should update the old BKPRMSTR file used by Job Costing and Commissions.
