SR Module Error
06/08/09 at 10:04:01
I updated to the lates version Friday and now SR module does not work correctly. I can't add a line item to an existing SR or create a new one.
I get error Addsum TAS Premier 7i. Access Violation at address 00401EE2 in Module "tp7runtime.exe. Write of Address 20202020.
It works in DBA classic.

We figured this out and it is only an issue if you are using Service/Repair or RMA and have the default set to Y for "Enter Misc Info in SR-A & E". I have a fix if anybody else needs it; email me.

Lynn, Debra works with me. We are on the 8/4/08 Update and the setting is labeled, "Ask Misc. Information in SR-A & E?", which on our system is a blank setting right now. Is the patch relevant to us?
