My first attempt at updating gave me errors about missing files in testdata (most were IS*.B99 files).  After OK'ing through all of those I eventually got an access violation in EVOERP.EXE with the update screen saying utilities: ISNUMBER.B99
 
I can now run setup repeatably without the missing file errors.  But each time it gets to the ISNUMBER.B99 update I get the access violation after a couple seconds.  The only option at that point is to kill the process.
