What menu do you use now to set the default RMA#, SO# and Invoice#?
We need to reset the RMA # counter.
Also is there a reason why Show Open RMA in RM-A does not work and never has for us?

If you are on the latest release, go to System Manger, SD-R (Assign Next Document Numbers).
