In the EVO view, you cannot enter a 2-digit Terms Code.  You can use F2 to bring up the lookup table and enter it that way.
The entered by field does not automatically input the default entered by initials.
You must enter the line number on the Ref field (not the new line number field) or it does not show up on the RTM (I must admit I have not checked the form to see if it can be modified).
