When I print CS-E and CS-O to pdf it asks if we want that in condensed mode.  We say "yes", the report goes to a pdf file and everything looks good.  However, some of the rows are not printing.  
 
What would cause this?  I want to print to pdf in condensed mode, otherwise the report is too large for the pdf.
 
Has anyone else had this problem?  How do we fix this?
