If you open an item in IN-A (T7 version), click on the Sales orders button, the screen shows all sales orders (it would be better if it only showed open ones by default).  If you click on the door icon that is supposed to change the view to open orders only, it just doesn't work right.  Sometimes it gets hung up for a minute or so and other times it shows one closed SO that is a couple of years old.
