On the Processing tab under Work Orders we cannot set any values for the last two options (Default for Scrap and Display Base Price).  If I put the cursor in the Default for Scrap box and try to tab to the Display Base Price box it skips the box and goes right to the Printing tab.

Confirmed.  Short term work around, UT-A program ISTECH and set the default on that screen.
