Now it prints three times.  I got rid of the csn type, added a note type cus for customer notes and am trying to print a sales order with cus note.  The sales order does not have any notes now (I deleted them) and I am picking only customer "cus" notes and still I get multiple prints of the same notes.  I would really like to understand these notes so that we can start using them.

Yes I did go into the sales order and there are no notes attached. That is what is puzzling.  Where are the duplicate notes coming from??

I had the same problem with double notes on purchase orders...below is the note from Lynn and it worked for me.

Reply #4 - Oct 31st, 2009, 9:53am    Double Notes are because hte Note Type is "CSN" and you turned Evo Notes on.  If Evo Notes is set to Y then you need to change the Type of Notes to something other than CSN.  
 
"CSN" Notes are Classic Synchronized Notes and they are saved both to the Evo Notes file and the old Classic Notes file.  As a result, once you turn Evo Notes on, it is printing both and you get them twice.   For POs that already exist with the CSN Notes, when the Evo Notes window pops up during printing, set it not to print the CSN Notes and then it will print them once from the Classic file but not a second time fromteh Evo Notes file.
