When we are entering a voucher the description populates as soon as you type in an account and it does not update if you change the account or if you enter a department. It posts to the right account and department, but the description is what the clerk uses to make sure she has selected the correct account and department.  
 
Note: we received an updated AP-B because the departments were not working correctly, so this might be a one-off issue, but it needs to be fixed before this version appears in today's patch.
