A couple of times now people have had WO-A open, minimized it to do other things (email in the latest instance this morning), and they get a popup
error:
 
Fatal Err - File:  T7WOA.SRC Line:  564
You have tried to access f file that has not been previously opened, or the file number value (FNUM) passed was 0.

I've told them to get out of Evo entirely and then go back in just to be safe.  They don't have problems getting out of Evo cleanly when the error occurs.
 
Anybody else seen this error before with WO-A?  I have tried this myself twice, once in each of our companies, and the minute I click on the minimize button in Evo, the error pops up.  So for me it is reproducible.

Oh, let me clarify what I mean:  on the main Evo window, in the top right corner, there is the typical windows minimize, restore down/maximize, and close buttons.  We are using the minimize button, the "hyphen".  The whole program is being minimized,  not the WO-A window.

OK, I can duplicate the error.  Not sure what we can do about it other than completely disabling the minimize button on the top right and requiring users to minimize by using the task bar as Mike describes.   Short term at least, that is a work around.

Nope that does not work that way for us, we can get the error to repeat constantly.  Anyway, try to teach an old dog a new trick and get them to click on the Evo in the taskbar instead of the Windows minimize.  Remember these are the same folks who won't use the GUI!    AHHHHHHH!  Someone please just shoot me now.........I just can't take it any more.........
