Accounting says they used to be able to drilll down to the so line item level in AR- A but now they can't since the update  So I went in and tried it myself.
 
When in AR-A,(ISTS Enhancements 9/8/09 GUI),  bring up a customer record, then click on shopping cart to view sales orders.  Use the door to switch to open orders only. One order listed.  That order is selected in the grid.  Click on the green arrow and choose SO Lines grid, but nothing.  Tried hitting enter, tab, etc.  Drill down to the line items level does not occur. Tried this with a few customers.   Also switched to the classic view--same results.
 
What are we doing wrong here?

So why is it not working?  I can definitely reproduce the issue every time.  What else can I check?
