This keeps happening:  AR - A  Select customer record, click on the transactions button, grid of transactions comes up, click on the notes button, exit out and it exits completely out of AR-A, does not just close the notes window. Further, you can't do anything after that, you end up having to CTRL-ALT-DEL out of Evo entirely.
