I tried this in our test company. Selected a WO, noted the parent part, selected the item from the WOBOM, put in the qty for the issue, system prompted ok to do the issue, I said yes, next on the serial # field. Cannot back out of this, even after I selected a serial number. Apparently production sometimes puts in the wrong part # and it gets to the Serial # or Lot # field and they can't escape out or cancel. They need to be able to recover from such a mistake.
How do they do that gracefully?
