AP LABELS NOT PRINTING
12/16/09 at 14:27:48

I go into AP-M to print file labels.  I tell it 2 columns and file labels but when I print, there is a blank screen.  Mail labels work fine.  I went into the forms editor for T6APM1.rtm and got rid of everything but the company name.  I also went to File to Set up labels for Avery 8366 and saved the form. But it still prints a blank screen.  Is there another form to print to?

File Labels only print for Vendors designated in AP-B to get a File Label.  Most people don't set up a file for every single vendor, only the active ones.

Shoot - Nobody in AP ever checked that box in the vendor files.  Is there any way I can go into the database and start checking them off; versus going to AP-A and bringing up each vendor.  For this year, I am going to print vendor names to an excel file and print labels from there.  Just wondering if there is any way to fix the problem for next year.

If you just want labels for everybody then don't indicate File Label on the AP-M program but use the RTM that you want for the files.  The flag for File Label in AP-A is just if you only want to set up files for certain vendors.
