When an item already has units on hand and a user attempts to set Lot or Serial control to Y in IN-B the action is allowed, without so much as a warning. However, users performing WO-I will be asked to choose Lot or Serial numbers from an empty list. This is a serious traceability issue that needs to be addressed. Much like IN-B stops the user from setting item status to Obsolete if UOH exist, Lot and Serial control need to check UOH in all locations before allowing a Y setting.
