Had a sales order that was entered back in December.  Sales rep went into this order to check the status of a line and the total amount on the header screen was listed but the subtotal shows zero dollars.  The line items were gone as well when you went to view the line items screen.  She got out of Evo and went back in and the same thing showed.  She did not get any errors the first or 2nd time opening the SO.  She decided to edit the SO and re-entered the line items and things seem to be working correctly now.
 
The sales rep also just told me she originally entered the part # as MISC since it was a new part not yet in the system.  The *thinks* she may have gone in later and changed the part# once the actual part showed up in the system, but she said she could be wrong.  We do have a MiSC part # for just such uses.
 
Anybody have this happen?  This has happened at least once before that I can recall. No idea what may cause this, nor when the line items disappeared from the SO.
