SD-Q System Manager button or tab, enter a 2 for Configuration Settings and enter a password. Once this is set up then on any screen such as SO-C, SO-N, BM-B (and there are many) that ask a lot of questions, as you get to the bottom of the screen, there is a Save Settings button that will appear on the lower right. If you click it, you will have an option to save personal settings (workstation specific) or Global Settings (for all users). If you select Global settings, you will be prompted for the password entered on the SD-Q screen.
