Was it printing before?  If so, have you installed any software recently?

Does this only occur from one workstation?

What version of Evo?

You have to say Y to the question "Print comments after shipped items".  You can use the Configuration Settings (Save Settings button) to change the default to Y.

Not that we have this problem, but where do you find this setting "You can use the Configuration Settings (Save Settings button) to change the default to Y. " ?

SD-Q  System Manager button or tab, enter a 2 for Configuration Settings and enter a password.  Once this is set up then on any screen such as SO-C, SO-N, BM-B (and there are many) that ask a lot of questions, as you get to the bottom of the screen, there is a Save Settings button that will appear on the lower right.  If you click it, you will have an option to save personal settings (workstation specific) or Global Settings (for all users).  If you select Global settings, you will be prompted for the password entered on the SD-Q screen.
