Access Violation

I hope I am doing this correct and not missed anything.  I tried doing searches for the answers or to direct me but did not find anything.

A user likes to print different reports, such as a BOM to pdf format.   He had a pdf print driver in the past called PDF995 which worked fine.  We recently reformatted his computer and I was hoping to have him use Adobe printer from Adobe Professional.

However, when he chooses that as the printer list we receive a "ADDSUM TAS Premier 7i" window that says:
Access violation at address 70001cc7 in module AD3kREGP.DLL.  Read of Address 00000000.

I have since installed CutePDF and he can successfully print to pdf using that printer option instead.   I'd prefer though not to use these other softwares and go back to Adobe if possible.

Thoughts?

Cheers
Steve

If you are using Evo-ERP then it has its own built in PDF generator for any RTM forms or reports such as BM-B.  On the print Dialog box, choose File, then PDF format.  For text reports that have not yet been converted to RTM format, I am not sure why Adobe would act any differently than other PDF generators.
