Has anyone ever had this happen to them before? We just did a few upgrades and patches, including IS tech support update 10/11/10 ~ Everything is working fine, but we are experiencing sporadic duplication of work orders. Some are open, some deleted, and some that are finished and closed. It's even duplicated a few 6+ year old work orders...
 
 Has anyone ever experienced this before? Is there a work around this, or has anyone seen this kind of problem before?
