WO-F - Materials not backflushed for scrap

Materials are not being backflushed for scrap parts entered in WO-F. Been trying to get this problem resolved for quite some time.
Any suggestions?

What update are you currently on?  Or better yet, what is the ISTS Enhancement date that appears at the top of WO-F?
