I forgot to put the error message.
 
Fatal Error - File t7ara.SRC Line:831
The field you are trying to use is unallocated.  It may belong to a file that hasn't been opened yet, or was an array that was removed from memory - BKAR.CUSTCODE.

Did this fix correct the problem? We won't be updating until this is fixed, it would be a HUGE issue for us.

Hmmm.....have 1/18/11 update installed.  AR-A was working......installed SP1 this morning, now AR-A not working...... Angry
Also, shouldn't the About screen show SP1 installed?

One more thing......besides not being able to add new customers with major errors popping up....how in the world do I add new contacts in a customer?

HELP - I have marketing screaming at me because they can't enter new customers.....If I don't find a quick fix, I will have to revert (from the backup) of all of the files that SP! installed.  cry

Mike, send Lynn an email or call and she should be able to help you. We pointed these errors out very shortly after release and she had a fix pretty quick.

Yep - Lynn sent us 3 RUN files and directions on how to tweak one of the database files.  Works now.

I don't think so, after I upgraded to the January update a few weeks ago, AND applied SP1 right afterwards, we had the issue with AR-A. Lynn emailed me some files which fixed it. You might want to get the fix files from Lynn first, BEFORE you upgrade. Then if you have the problem you can immediately fix it.
