GL conversion

Came in to work this morning to find everyone getting a message to run GL conversion GL2002.  I haven't updated anything lately, will it hurt to go ahead and run it?

We are also getting the message that the system master file BKSYMSTR has more than one record.  It says this needs to be fixed as soon as possible. and to contact ISTECH Support.
 
I have a call in, but have not heard back yet.

Use Maintain Database on BKYSMSTR and delete the extra (blank) record.
