SO-E no longer forces shipping to enter Lot/Serial numbers. To enter them they have to click on each line, then on a little (unlabeled) icon, then click the search icon (or hit F2), then select a lot number. Wow, three extra steps for every line? There must be a better way, but I have not found a default for it. I did however find a default to force lot/serial entry when adding an SO line. Help!
