Reprint Invoices by Rep#
02/28/12 at 08:41:46

We are now on Evo 11/19/11 sp1 (newly switched from DBA Classic).  I noticed that when using the Reprint Invoice function I can no longer enter to/from to limit the printed invoices to specific sales reps.  Our reps' codes are 4 digit numbers.  ex SLPS# 4008.  The salesperson field on the reprint screen only allows 1 digit to or from.  Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue.  We send copies of invoices to the sales reps once a month and it is nice to just run them all at once by filtering the reprints, now I can't do that.   Sad

Ok, so it turns out that this is only an issue if you have "administrative" rights in the PS section.  Changed the user name to be a power user and now it works fine to enter slsp numbers.

PS-A settings for Security Code 1, 2, C, and E impose special resreictions on what users can do.

Ok so after running Update to latest Program, now no one can enter more than one digit in the SLSP field of Reprint Invoice.  If anyone knows how to fix this, I would be eternally grateful.  I need to be able to sort and limit by rep#.  Thanks.

So if I change the program from T7SOF.RWN to T6SOF.RUN I can enter SLSP  in the fields.  Can anyone else confirm that?  Is there something I need to do in order to have the T7SOF.RWN program allow me to do that?  Or is it restricted on purpose?
