I updated to ISTech Support ver 5/17/11 SP1 recently. Today I had to change the discount in SOQF for one of our product classes. It insisted that I put in a "start date" and "expiration date". I chose 01-01-12 to 12-31-20 to insure that the discount will not expire soon. When entering an order for a customer with that discount code, the item was not discounted from the base price. After going in to the "DISCOUNT" database and deleting the date entries for the discount code everything went back to normal. I noticed that no other discount code had any entry for the dates.
