Using the latest GUI version, the "Delete" / trash can button appears to delete it, but when you go back in it's still there. The only thing that works is to edit the note & delete the text there. This is doubly a pain, as the "Home" key does not bring up notes. Not sure if it's supposed to or not, but as I mention in my post about keyboard shortcuts I really hate losing keyboard functionality.
