Can't change Customer Start date in AR-A

Even though it was set to Y in Defaults. Changed it back to No, saved, re-set to Yes, still doesn't.

I have this same problem.  The default is set to "Y" to allow change, but doesn't.  However, I was able to change the date in CM-A and then it reflected in the AR-A...if that helps.
