There are still issues with this. The duplicates are merely annoying, but getting an email address into a contact from a totally different customer is totally unacceptable IMO. We are a small enough company that, when we are manually emailing, we can notice that the first one is wrong, and pick the right one. However, in a larger company, or if you want to AutoSend (which I am in the process of trying to set up) it would be disastrous. Where is the fix???
