We setup some recurring vouchers and had some trouble figuring them out, but finally got things settled for March and April. For May we ran the AP-P program and nothing showed up in aging. A/P is telling me that the amounts "show up in the ledger but not in the subledger", whatever that means. To me it looks like the vouchers were created and paid because I can see them in AP Payment History reports but not in aging. Can anyone explain how this is supposed to work or what we are doing wrong?
