We are on Pervasive 11.3 and EVO 7/26/13.  I have archived AP twice.  I use Accounting > AM > O for by Vendor and use Last Activity Date as the only field with criteria in it.  I have also used Accounting > AM > J by Date and enter a date in the Process Thru Date field only.  It has deleted new Vendors that do not have any data in their record.  Should I be using other criteria fields too?  Maybe user error, or bug?  Thanks!

Any idea when the Archive AP might be fixed?  Thanks!
